  • Guest：五一期间决定游常熟，无意间看到这间携程点评很高的酒店，没有多想就订下了，酒店位于常熟尚湖景区里，环境没话説，车位也充足，到了酒店前台服务人员办理入住很娴熟，流程也相当快，并且会有人带领去房间，酒店的房间分了好几个区域，索性我得房间离酒店大堂很近，不用泊车送，如果比较远的还可以叫泊车接送，房间很乾净，临水非常安静，我比较认床所以每次出去玩晚上睡觉是个头痛的事情，但是在这里住了两晚我居然睡的很好，説明真的很安静，就是枕头有点低，房间里还有欢迎水果和特色糕点，住了两天，酒店很贴心放了不一样口味的糕点，而且迷你吧包括冰箱里的零食多到你吃不完，因为这两天天气热，我们第一天四瓶水都喝完了，第二天回来看到服务员给我们放了六瓶，真的超级贴心，不过话説回来，如果没有足够的水还真不知道去哪里买??衞生巾是只能马桶，还专门配了一张酒精湿巾和一次性的马桶坐垫，非常方便，晚上洗澡水也很好很舒服，只是第一天淋浴房的门感觉总关不紧，洗澡水都出来了流到了衞生间，第二天晚上研究了半天使劲一拉把门拉进来硅胶条可以密封了才没漏水，希望服务员以后可以注意下！我们的房间是临水房，打开窗户看到窗下就是荷花叶，想必夏天这个房间更美，因为推床就是美美的荷花！电视机可以投屏不过只能接收苹果操作系统，希望也可以开发鸿蒙的，每天晚上还有免费的晚安甜汤，第一天是白色酒酿小汤圆，第二天是牛奶燕麦粥，早餐，中规中矩，有特色的蕈油麪，酒店每天还有很多活动可以报名参加，酒店还有自行车免费借，可以骑着出去尚湖外围也很写意！就是坏车太多了，希望可以把坏的都修一下或者按时检修，不然放着也不能骑，万一有些骑车去一半坏了，要推回来可不得了的路，十几公里啊！另外就是酒店位于自然环境中，所以小虫子比较多，建议酒店在房间门口可以定时消杀下，不然密集恐惧症每次进房间都很害怕，床上是不是就会有小家伙来打扰！总体来説这家酒店非常喜欢，下次来我还会订的！
